The Global First Aid Reference Centre held on the 20th of December a dedicated webinar on the future of first aid. The aim of the webinar is to link first aid to IFRC’s priorities: Disaster Risk Reduction, Mental health – Psychosocial support, Climate issues as well as Digital Transformation. The webinar was held in English with simultaneous interpretations in Français, Español and اللغة العربية.
Representatives from 100 National Societies were present in the webinar to understand from experts of IFRC and Reference Centres on how they can link the different departments of their National Society to achieve the goal of 1 person trained per household, per school and per workplace of the First Aid Vision 2030.
