Use of this website constitutes acceptance of the conditions mentioned below. The Global First Aid Reference Centre (GFARC), through the French Red Cross reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings in the event of violation of these terms of use, in particular in the event of non-compliance and unauthorized use of the names and emblems of the Red Cross and of the Red Crescent or in the event of a violation of rights related to information, graphics, texts, videos, audio documents, photos and more generally to all the content of the site.
Emblems
The emblems of the Red Cross and Red Crescent were created with a protective goal: they indicate to wounded soldiers that they can be treated with complete neutrality and impartiality, whatever their origin, nationality, religion, political conviction. These emblems and their name should therefore be respected. Any unauthorized use of the emblems of the Red Cross and Red Crescent and their name constitutes illegal use punishable under French law, international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions.
Copyrights
In application of the French Code of Intellectual Property and more generally of international treaties and agreements containing provisions relating to the protection of copyrights, it is prohibited for any use other than for private or educational purposes to reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, publish in whole or in part, in any form whatsoever, the data, presentation or organization of the site as well as the works protected by copyrights which appear therein, without specific prior written authorization, the request of which must be made to the webmaster.
