Evidence has shown that workplace first aid training not only saves lives in situations of crisis but also enhances participants’ motivation to avoid occupational injuries and illnesses and improves their risk control behaviour.
Global First Aid Reference Centre and the Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies can help you in the safety of your employees by:
- raising employees’ awareness about the different types of risks particularly in their working environment,
- enabling them to acquire the right daily behaviour in terms of safety to prevent accidents,
- teaching them first aid gestures that can be useful in case of an accident, in their professional and personal framework.
Furthermore, Global First Aid Reference Centre, through the Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies, can provide harmonised and customised first aid courses: wherever your employees are they will follow the same training in terms of content and education aspects but adapted to the local realities.
