NEW TOOLKIT AND WEBINAR ON RESEARCH AND EVALUATION FOR FIRST AID EDUCATION

The Global First Aid Reference Centre has published a new toolkit on Outcomes Measurement for first aid education, available in 4 languages (Français, English, español and اللغة العربية ). This insightful resource provides will give you an overview of approaches national or regional first aid education teams can use to measure learning outcomes, and how the data can be used to improve the effectiveness of first aid education activity.

  

Moreover, to accompany the release of this document and to make research accessible to everyone, the GFARC is organizing its fourth online conference of webinar series with the topic of first aid. Mark your calendars on Tuesday 20th of April to learn more on research and evaluation process in first aid education. The webinar will be in English but the audience can ask questions in Arabic, French and Spanish. In this exciting opportunity, you will understand how to conduct research or evaluation in first aid education. Panellists will share the available tools, present a case study, and discuss some of the ways to do and publish research. As Red Cross Red Crescent entities are encouraged to be engaged and contribute in research work, this occasion will help you and offer you peer discussion about the role of outcome measurement in your work.
