The adoption of the IFRC First Aid Policy and First Aid Vision at the General Assembly in June 2022 reaffirms the commitment of the IFRC network to first aid and the opportunity it offers for all 192 National Societies across the globe. The revised Policy and Vision will serve as a global and consistent reference point for the delivery of first aid in the changing context of global health and other challenges.
The Global First Aid Refrence Centre cordially invite you to begin identifying stakeholders to help determine in what order you implement the Six First Aid Priorities in the next ten years. The aim is every National Society to submit their Action Plan for the first three priorities in March 2023. So, we plan to have the kick off meeting for Europe region on Thursday 12 January
The purpose of the meeting is to bring you up to date on the actions that have taken place since June, and to present and discuss with you the First Aid Vision implementation plan and methodology set up to, in one hand producing/making available the necessary tools/technical resources related to the 6 priority areas of the FA Vision, which will be the main role of the FA Technical Working Groups, and in the other hand supporting you in your planning and implementation process towards the Vision.
